<p>Losing belly fat can be easy, as long as you implement these healthy techniques! They are not only easy, but they dont require you to make any drastic changes to your lifestyle. And no, its not a new diet or special exercise! Instead they are simply a few changes in the way you do everyday things!</p>
<p>1. Eat breakfast every day: When you wake up each morning, your body is running low on fuel because you had your last meal nine or ten hours ago! So, obviously, you need to re-fuel to your body by eating. </p>
<p>Weve all heard the rule that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Only most people dont follow that rule. We will usually eat a small breakfast (sometimes only a muffin, or a cup of coffee!), a medium sized lunch and a large dinner. Eating this way makes losing weight exponentially harder!</p>
<p>In order to lose fat fast, you need to reverse your eating schedule. This means your breakfast should be the largest meal of the day, and your dinner should be the smallest one! Too justify, if you have a large dinner, you will usually go to sleep soon after. As a result, your body won&#8217;t be able to burn all those extra calories from your large dinner. It will instead store them as excess fat deposits!</p>
<p>If you eat your largest meal during breakfast, your body will have an entire day to break down the food and burn off all those extra calories. This means that you will cease all unnecessary weight gain!</p>
<p>2. Sugar = weight gain: Sugar is your biggest adversary when it comes to weight gain. The human body will convert sugar into fat extremely fast. Sugar can give you an instant burst of energy, but it will also produce cravings, which are enemies in disguise when it comes to weight gain.</p>
<p>The more sugar you eat, the stronger the cravings become, the more weight you gain, and the less happy you are. Rather than sugar, you should eat potatoes, rice, natural fruits and vegetables, bread, and pasta, all of which produce good glucose.</p>
<p>3. Water is the elixir of well-being: Drinking plenty of water is mandatory for a healthy body and if you want to lose weight fast! No matter how much water you drink you wont gain weight. You must understand that water is a natural metabolism booster! If you have ever woken up feeling exhausted and, well, unable to fully wake up, it is probably because you are dehydrated. </p>
<p>Your body needs water to perform every single internal function, so limiting water would obviously not allow your body to burn excess fat. Also, if you don&#8217;t drink enough water, your body will store any water you do drink because of the shortage. This leads to increased amounts of water weight. This is something that can be easily be averted by drinking plenty of water!</p>

<p>There are plenty of people whose lives are dramatically affected because they regularly suffer from panic attacks.  For these people in order to find panic attack relief there are certain things that they need to do.  One of the first of these being that they actually need to identify what may have triggered an attack to take place.  </p>
<p>If you are able to recognize the trigger points for your panic attacks then you will soon be able to find ways that could actually help you to cope with them.  A person who is able to learn about how to relieve the feelings they have when an attack takes place is actually going to find it much easier to prevent future attacks from occurring.</p>
<p>In order for a person to deal with their panic attack and so provide them with relief they need to look closely at the thoughts they are experiencing at the time.  In most cases the thoughts that such people have are generally of a more negative nature and will tend to be things that are scary or depressing.  </p>
<p>So the quickest way in which people can obtain panic attack relief is by actually helping their mind to create thoughts that are of a more positive theme.  It is best that these people start to think about things that they have enjoyed previously or which they would enjoy doing now.  Unfortunately the more negative thoughts you allow to remain then the more negative signals will be sent to your body and which it will then react to in order to combat them.</p>
<p>Of course changing thoughts from a negative to a positive is crucial to helping relief the feelings associated with panic attacks, but there are other things one can do.  For example you should find somewhere quiet to sit and then begin to inhale and exhale very slowly and very deeply.  Using this technique not only are you helping to focus your mind and so prevent the negative thoughts from taking control, but also you are bringing order in to your body once more.  A panic attack can lead to chemical and hormonal imbalances which further exacerbate the condition.</p>
<p>Also when it comes to obtaining relieve from a panic attack you need to accept the fear and panic you are feeling for what they are.  So as you take in your deep breaths tell yourself that it is only natural to feel the way you do and so allow the course of the episode to run it naturally.</p>
<p>Another thing you could do is make a list of things that make you feel happier and so much calmer and more relaxed.  Then whenever you feel an attack taking place look at this list and allow your mind to focus on it so that you are preventing your mind from then focusing on the negative aspects.  Again this will help you to bring your attack under control a lot more quickly.</p>

When it comes to dealing with panic attacks there are plenty of things you can do and the internet is a wonderful source of such information. <p>One of the benefits of living green is it can extend your lifespan. This may be surprising, but it is very true. There are many things that not only help the earth, but they help you, too! Eating fresh organic foods, cutting down on driving, and many other things will help you live greener, longer!</p>
<p> However, there are some easy ways to live a greener life. Curbside recycling is in place in most cities, where you can simply place your recyclables out with your trash for pickup (in a separate container, of course). It&#8217;s easy to separate your plastic, aluminum and other recyclable materials. The recycling pickup service takes care of the rest ? all you have to do is to take it outside!</p>
<p> Try to drive less. By combining your errands, you not only save fuel and reduce the traffic on the roads; you are giving yourself less stress from dealing with traffic jams and other drivers. Carpool or use public transit when you can. If you choose to ride a bike or walk for some of your errands, you also get needed exercise. This will help keep your heart healthy and keep you limber and toned. </p>
<p> Composting your food scraps can save you money in garbage waste and provide you with great soil next season for your own garden. It also keeps a lot of good stuff out of the landfills. Just keep adding your fruit and vegetable wastes, egg shells, coffee grounds, and grains to the compost pile. You can add your raked leaves and lawn clippings as well. Don&#8217;t add meat or bones? they will attract insects like flies and will take longer to compost. Water the compost down once in awhile to get the enzymes activated. Come spring, you&#8217;ll have some nice compost soil to add to your own vegetable garden for more healthy eating. </p>
<p> You can use solar lights in your yard ? these lights work just as well as electric lights, but cost nothing to operate and conserve the use of electricity. There are many appealing designs available and they can fit into anyone&#8217;s budget. You don&#8217;t need to have an electrician install them and the lights are quite bright enough to illuminate your yard. You can even get solar holiday lights, adding a cheerful seasonal touch without adding a thing to your electric bill.</p>
<p> Small things like recycling cans, bottles and plastic packaging helps lower your garbage bills and helps reduce your carbon footprint. Use cloth bags when you shop instead of taking their paper or plastic bags. Some stores even knock off a few cents when you use your own bags. All of this will help reduce pollution, which is healthier for you because you&#8217;ll be breathing cleaner air. </p>
<p> Once you get started, you&#8217;ll be amazed at how easy it is to live greener. You&#8217;ll be amazed at how much better you feel&#8230; both physically and mentally. Plus, you&#8217;ll feel better knowing you&#8217;re doing your part to have a healthier planet to live on. So go ahead&#8230; live greener and live longer. <p>Do you think you will never abuse your children? Think again. Depriving them from eating fish by simply not including it in their daily diet would most likely mean abuse as well.</p>
<p>Well, maybe because you really just don&#8217;t want fish in your dishes. But that does not mean you can escape conviction. You are already grown up. You don&#8217;t need to get away from the consequences of your actions because you know that you are what you eat. But your children do not know yet the consequences of not eating fish. And because you know the possible problems by doing so, it is almost a sin not letting them have what their body needs.</p>
<p>Put an end to such drama. Let&#8217;s just pretend that you want to change everything and that you want to introduce fish to your child&#8217;s diet. The question is on how you will work on it.</p>
<p>Based from experience, I can say that the only way to have your kids do what you say is to act it up on your own. That is, teach by example. Children tend to imitate what their parents do and this is manifested until they are in their teenage years.</p>
<p>And so, just as what the experts keep on saying, teach them by example and while they are still young. The message is clear - to teach your children to eat fish, you must first start eating fish. Of course, it&#8217;s not easy to get used to the taste or maybe because you have not just bought a fresh one. But it should not be a problem. You can always fix them. Here&#8217;s how: </p>
<p>Fish is fish and it will never ever taste like pork or chicken. If that is how you want to put it. The way it will taste &#8220;fishy&#8221; would mean buying fish that are not fresh. Freshness can create a great impact on the fish taste. And so, it is important that you only buy the freshest fish in order for you to enjoy its taste.</p>
<p>Find the right recipe. If you go for fried foods, have your fish fried. If you like the soups, then make a fish soup. It&#8217;s just a matter of knowing what you want and using fish as your main ingredient. In this way, you and your family will get to like the taste of fish because you have prepared them the way you have always wanted your food to be.</p>
<p>Studies show that it is best to work on mild tasting fishes first. Don&#8217;t start with the salmon even if it has the highest content of omega 3 fatty acids. It&#8217;s best you start with sea bass or the grouper first. Eventually, you and your family will get used to the fish taste and will soon appreciate salmon.</p>
<p>Start it early. Start it right. You can start introducing fish to your children as young as 6 months old by giving them fish oil. You will soon be surprised that they are craving for more. And by the time that they get to eat out with you, they will order fish more.</p>
<p>Alright, so your kids are old enough to know that food for them means pizza, pot pies, and TV dinners. But it does not mean that it&#8217;s the end of the world. Just give them tough love and stick with what you believe in. Be firm with the meals you prepare. Feed them with fish and that&#8217;s it. They will eat if they are hungry anyway.</p>
<p>So as to lengthen the lives of your children and to make them live a healthy life as well, you have to try out these great ideas. Eating fish does not just provide these benefits but it can also improve your child&#8217;s behavior and mood. And you know you will benefit more from it. Just think of it this way - sooner or later you will be happy you have taught them to eat fish. And someday, your kids will appreciate it too.</p>

<p>Ab exercises are not the answer to ripped abs. We are constantly bombarded with ads that promote ab exercises and machines, each claiming to be the answer to getting six pack abs. Achieving six pack abs, we need to look at our overall exercise activity to increase our overall metabolism and monitor our diet.</p>
<p>We need to increase our activity level so that it is more than our caloric intake. That way our body will have to burn excess fat to use as an energy source, which it will get from our belly area.</p>
<p>Exercising using large muscle group, multi-joint activities as well as incorporating resistance exercises, we are able to increase our metabolism. The lean body mass, which results from the exercise, will increase the muscle&#8217;s metabolic activity to burn excess body fat to fuel the body&#8217;s increased activities.</p>
<p>Interval training has been effective in increasing the body&#8217;s metabolism. The anaerobic component of the training forces the body to adapt to the increased demands of the activity, which results in increased muscle mass. The increased muscle mass has an increased metabolic activity and continues to burn fat for several hours after the exercise activity.</p>
<p>Our diet is also something we need to consider. Eating quality foods made up of carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals and fats, will enhance our energy levels and help our body to burn those foods for energy.</p>
<p>In addition, by increasing the number of meals we eat per day to 5-6 times and decreasing the portion sizes, we are better able to maintain our energy throughout the day and help maintain our blood sugar levels.</p>
<p>Decreasing what we eat and increasing our exercise activity will help our body use the excess fat we have on our belly to fuel our activities.</p>
<p>Discussing ab exercises is important in understanding what we need to do to fully understand how the body works. Making adjustments to our overall diet and exercising, utilizing resistance and interval training, will get us to achieve six pack abs.</p>

If you approach weight training, diet and work outs the correct way you can maintain a remarkably healthy and fit body for many years, regardless of your age. Weightlifting and bodybuilding routines can be used to increase bone density, lose weight, become healthier and more fit, and reshape your body.</p>

<p>The pyramid system is preferred among numerous bodybuilders, this system involves performing more reps with less weight, and then as you increase the amount of weight, you start reducing the number of reps that you do. This method of weightlifting has great success for those who want to add muscle and bulk to their bodies. Focusing on proper form throughout the lift must be uppermost in your mind, even though doing so may require that you reduce the weight or the number of repetitions. This does not only reduce your risk of an injury, but it also maximizes your results.</p>
<p>You should be training with weights at least four days per week and each session should be no more than 30 to 45 minutes. One could repeat a cardio workout to wind down after lifting weight. This also give your heart and lungs strength.</p>

<p>When and how to use methods for better child brain development is important; many recommend computer programs. According to experts however, it may be too late if the window of opportunity to enhance a child&#8217;s brain development has ceased.</p>
<p>The best time will be before your baby is born up to the time it reaches 3 years old. During this time, you can create a lot of impact in your child&#8217;s brain and its capacity to learn for the rest of their life.</p>
<p>It may appear unusual to begin even before a child is able to read, write or reason, but there are studies to back this and it has shown that all these skills begin to develop even before a child goes to kindergarten.</p>
<p>In the latest research published in Developmental Medicine and Child Neurology [Vol. 42: 174-181], doctors studied 56 babies, as young as 5 days old, and gave them a diet supplement of omega 3 fish oil fatty acids and DHA.</p>
<p>The set of babies that were given DHA showed significantly higher cognitive and motor skills, as compared to the other set of babies (those without fish oil supplements) based on the &#8220;Mental Development Index.&#8221;</p>
<p>The doctors then made a conclusion that a dietary supply of fish oil with DHA at an early age is a major factor in determining improved performance and mental development among full term babies.</p>
<p>Research conducted among premature babies, which was published in the Clinics of Perinatology, [Vol. 22(1):157-75], discovered that even premature babies can also have benefits from fish oil. After they were supplemented with omega 3 fatty acids and DHA, a remarkable improvement was seen in their cognitive and visual development.</p>
<p>These are just a few of the many research findings that have proven the secret to a child&#8217;s brain development is providing it with enough omega 3 and DHA.</p>
<p>DHA happens to be the richest long-chain omega 3 in the brain tissue. It is said that 95% of all the lipids at birth consist of DHA and forms part of the brain tissues during the pregnancy and during the first year of life.</p>
<p>Expectant moms need to take in more fish and get fish oil supplements. This is good to give their baby&#8217;s brain development a boost from the start and give them a good chance of having a more intelligent baby in the future.</p>
<p>Then, see to it that you breast-feed your child during the first year. Breast milk is said to contain rich amounts of omega 3&#8217;s for your baby.</p>
<p>Research that was published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition illustrated that even moderate amounts of dietary fish oil with DHA will radically elevate breast milk content. [Vol. 40, 780-785]</p>
<p>These research results on brain development were enough to convince my wife to use fish oil while she was pregnant and while nursing our children. She also started giving supplements of salmon oil to our children while they were just six months old.</p>
<p>It was not difficult to give them the supplements. We extracted it from the capsule, placed it in a spoon and made them drink it. We are proud to say how people have observed them to be so smart and they have nice test scores to prove it.</p>
<p>However, the best part is they are happy and healthy children too. Give your kids fish oil and you will be happy you did.</p>

<p>Its an alarming fact that too many of us forget that the most precious thing in our lives is us! We treat our bodies as if they can be replaced if something goes wrong, as if somehow they were disposable. Unfortunately, medical science has not yet discovered a way of replacing our bodies. What we have is all were going to get. </p>
<p>How is it that we take such little care of the most precious thing we possess? Shouldnt we take extra care over the way we look after our bodies? Surely our body and its welfare should be our top priority? It should be, but unfortunately it isnt.</p>
<p>How we look clearly demonstrates to all around us exactly what we feel about our bodies. It gives a very clear picture of what sort of person we are and what we think is important.</p>
<p>We all know that our appearance is important, but too many of us dont seem to care and do very little to try and change the situation. Some excuses may be justified, but not many. It is really a case of getting our priorities right, and our general health and well-being should be our top priority.</p>
<p>If you are overweight then this is a sign that you are not paying your body enough attention. Being overweight is not usually something that occurs overnight. Its something that you have allowed to happen - for whatever reason.</p>
<p>One of your first priorities should be to identify the bad habits that have been the cause of you becoming overweight. If you dont know what these are you will find it very difficult to make change, so take time to think this through. The more time you spend on this the better. You need to increase your self-awareness.</p>
<p>Next you need to choose a program that will help you to make change and one that helps you to increase your fitness and gives you good, honest support as well. Making change is not as daunting as it sounds, in fact it is not difficult at all. Its all about learning new habits.</p>
<p>What is the best way to make change? The best way is to learn new habits &#8221; not try and change existing ones because that doesnt work. Learn new habits and youll be able to change your behavior and ensure that the weight loss you achieve is permanent. Thats a pretty good outcome, isnt it?</p>
